Leadership training takes place once a month at a MACE Academy with the MACE team and is a mixture of classroom discussions and on the mat training. Things covered are:-

Presentation Skills
Public Speaking
Effective Goal setting
Managing conflict
Managing change
Responsibility and accountability
Managing tasks
Achieving professional and personal goals

Once a leadership team member becomes competent in the basic leadership elements and have shown to use them in their everyday life at home and school , they will be allocated a class in which to attend to be a leadership assistant instructor and help out in class.
This allows the candidate to start to really develop leadership skills on the mat with a younger age group.
